Anger's Flood...

Anya landed softly upon the treetop, making nary a sound and standing on one leg. She looked past the mountaintop forest toward the nearby air temple. "Ahhhhh...so long ago. Oh so long." She proceeded to look over her own hands. "And yet I've changed so little."
She sucked in a deep breath of the pine-flavored air and sighed. "Oh Ujio, why did you have to leave me? Not a day goes by when I don't think of you. This is all for you...after all." She lowered her head and felt the tears flow hot down her cheeks.
Weakness. How she hated it. Almost as much as she regretted the loss of Ujio. As her head raised up, her eye and tattoos glowed that familiar white. "When this is over love..." she said in the voice of thousands; "they shall all know your name."
As the words left her lips, she lept from her perch, flipped through the air, and landed upon the forest floor. Land with such force, that one-by-one, the massive pines that surrounded her were uprooted. Ripped from the ground by a massive, unimaginable torrent of wind.
Soon the glow faded and when she was left to view her work, Anya smiled that dangerous grin as she gazed out across the flat ground. A level plain as far as the eye could see, covered with the splintered, shattered trunks of countless fallen pines.
